About the Role
On behalf of our international client, a leading Microsoft Partner in the DACH region, we are seeking motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to support business growth in Switzerland and Germany.
This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy outbound sales activities, communicating with decision-makers and generating new business opportunities in the technology sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and prospect potential customers in Switzerland and Germany;
* Conduct outbound sales activities via LinkedIn, email outreach and telephone;
* Generate and qualify new business opportunities;
* Schedule meetings and establish relationships with decision-makers;
* Understand customer requirements and identify potential business needs;
* Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and opportunities;
* Maintain accurate CRM records and sales documentation;
* Work closely with senior sales teams and internal stakeholders to support business growth.
Requirements
* Previous experience in B2B sales, business development, lead generation or customer acquisition;
* Experience in technology, SaaS, software or consulting environments is an advantage;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities;
* Self-motivated, disciplined and results-oriented personality;
* Confidence in conducting outbound outreach and engaging with business decision-makers;
* Experience using CRM systems and modern sales tools is an advantage;
* Excellent spoken and written German (mandatory);
* Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory).
