About the Role
On behalf of our international client, a leading Microsoft Partner in the DACH region, we are seeking an experienced CRM Sales Executive to drive new business growth and support the expansion of CRM sales activities.
This is a senior-level position for an ambitious sales professional with a strong track record in enterprise software sales and the ability to manage complex sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and acquire new enterprise customers in Switzerland and Germany;
* Own the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract signature;
* Sell CRM and business software solutions to mid-market and enterprise customers;
* Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers;
* Manage complex sales processes, negotiations and commercial discussions;
* Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline;
* Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver customer solutions;
* Maintain accurate CRM documentation and reporting;
* Contribute to strategic commercial initiatives and support the development of future sales activities.
Requirements
* Proven experience in B2B sales and business development;
* Demonstrated success in selling complex software, SaaS or CRM solutions;
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot or similar platforms is highly advantageous;
* Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills;
* Experience managing enterprise or mid-market sales opportunities;
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of ownership and accountability;
* Excellent spoken and written German (mandatory);
* Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory).
