About this role

Basic qualifications: Education: Preferably a bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing or similar; Experience: Proven professional experience in B2B sales or acquisition (references required); Languages: Perfect spoken and written English (mandatory), German (highly advantageous), French (highly advantageous); Main duties and responsibilities: - Full responsibility for identifying, approaching and acquiring new clients (focus: Switzerland & international markets); - Actively selling staffing and recruitment solutions provided by Ekipmote L.L.C.; - Building and maintaining long-term business relationships with clients; - Negotiating and closing contracts independently; - Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closing; - Developing and executing outbound sales strategies (LinkedIn, cold calls, email outreach, etc.); - Understanding client needs and presenting tailored staffing solutions; - Working closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services; - Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets; - Maintaining accurate sales documentation and reporting; - Other duties determined by the manager; Qualifications: - You have a strong professional and confident appearance; - You are a proven closer with a track record in B2B sales; - You have excellent, near-native level spoken and written English; - German language skills are a strong advantage (especially for Swiss clients); - You have experience in recruitment, staffing, outsourcing or similar industries (strong advantage); - You are highly self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven; - You are comfortable working fully independently; - You have excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion skills; - You are not afraid of cold outreach and rejection; - You think entrepreneurially and act with ownership; - You are experienced with CRM systems and modern sales tools; - You are focused on performance, targets, and high earnings; What we offer: - Modern office in Dukagjini Residence, Pristina; - Fixed monthly base salary with punctual salary payments; - Highly attractive, performance-based commission (uncapped); - Top performers can earn significantly above average through commissions; - Opportunity to be part of a fast-growing international company; - Direct impact on company growth and your own income;
